BOOKING:

CHECK OUT: 11:00AM (12:00 Noon Lofts)

Early check-in or late check-out with advance permission only, subject to availability and $25 charge. Must be 18 years old to book.

CANCELLATION: 48 hours prior to check-in for full refund.
SMOKING: Strict NO SMOKING policy in rooms, hallways, and on hotel premises. A minimum $250 cleaning fee applies for violations of the policy.
PETS: With advance permission in Loft B1 and B2 only, subject to $25 per-night additional charge. Pets in other rooms and other violations of this policy will result in minimum cleaning fee of $250.
INTERNET: Complimentary WiFi access provided. Access instructions are on placard on inside of each room door.

TV: Complimentary Cable TV provided.
PARKING: Free off-street parking in lot directly West of hotel.

CLEANING FEE: Rooms left excessively messy or with damage are subject to minimum additional cleaning fee of $250.

PARTIES: Gatherings of more people than are sleeping in the room are permitted with advance permission. Any parties that result in excessive noise or disturbance to other guests are expressly prohibited. Violations of this policy may result in minimum charge of $250.

DEPOSIT: A $250 deposit is charged at check-in to cover any loss, theft, damage, cleaning beyond ordinary and expected wear and tear, as well as violations of our policies. Rooms left excessively dirty may be charged additional cleaning costs. Additional amounts may be charged for loss, theft, damage or cleaning incurred in excess of $250. If no loss, theft, damage or cleaning charges are incurred after checkout, the deposit will be refunded to your card within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
